However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, make an exchange or inform us of an anomaly, thank you for completing the form below. Our team will answer you within 48 hours after your request (excluding weekends). Your return request must be made within 100 days of receiving your order. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (labels, accessories). 

Please note that a parcel cannot be returned without our prior agreement.

We inform customers that in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal can not be exercised for goods damaged following receipt. In this case, we cannot set up a refund or an exchange. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period and under the required conditions, the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.

The return costs outside this territory are the responsibility of the buyer. For exchanges, the return shipping costs are offered.
Product returns are to be effected in their original condition and complete (labels, accessories). The shipping costs of sending the order containing the exchange are borne by the customer.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

Duration of the warranty against production defects: 2 years
Our products are not guaranteed against non-compliance with maintenance instructions.

Nevertheless, against problems arising from normal use (e.g. falls), we offer a repair service for the following problems:

– Seams coming apart
– Torn fabric (less than 2 cm)
– Damaged micrometric fastener
– Velcro out of order
– Out of order snaps

Wild warranty

Through our WILD WARRANTY, we increase the lifespan of the products in the range. Offering durable and repairable products allows us to go further in our eco responsible approach.

Example for the Wild MC jersey:
A seam is loose, the zipper is broken, we do the repair in our workshop.

If there is a tear (less than 4cm), we will send you iron-on patches at our expense (for UE). These are pieces of fabric from our production scraps. We add a layer of glue on the back, which is fixed with an iron. The repair can therefore be done at home.

How are our repair patches asked?

Simply fill the after-sales service form found here, stipulating the name and color of your product to be repaired. Please also specify the address at which you wish to receive your patches.

How is a repair patch applied? To repair and apply the patch, you will need:

  • The garment must be clean.
  • Put your iron on “Cotton” or at least on 400°C for 5 minutes
  • Iron the area around the hole where the patch will be applied.
  • Place the patch in the place to be repaired on the product, I advise you to put it underneath, inside, and once finished applying, cut another repair patch in the shape of the hole and put it back by above on the outer face.
  • Before applying the iron to the patch, put a thin towel (or a cotton or polyester t-shirt) over the patch.
  • Use the iron in circular motions firmly for 40 seconds.
  • Leave for 24 hours before washing or using the product.
