Competitive spirit, he would have liked to prove himself in skiing or motorcycling, but alas this project did not materialize, so he turned to soccer to pass the time like any kid. Finally (and he was damn right), he started downhill cycling at 13, after a year spent in Auvergne (native of Alsace), and started competing at 14. The following year he was already competing in the French Cup as a cadet, and then in a few World Cups as a junior with the Passion Vélo team. He joined the Commencal Lac Blanc team in 2015 until 2017, for his first 3 seasons. Now he rides with Commencal Vallnord, a pro team and as he would say “it’s really hard, daaaaaaaamn!”
